Mashdale is a rustic looking but wonderfully soft wool yarn spun from 25 percent Masham wool and 75 percent Corriedale wool. The Masham sheep can be brown, while the Corriedale sheep are white. By leaving the brown Masham wool undyed and only dyeing the Corriedale wool, the yarn has a beautiful, beautiful play of colors.
