The beautifully subtle heathered appearance of Acadia is created by layering raw fibres of natural brown baby alpaca, ecru merino tops and silk noil, which are then kettle dyed creating subtle duo-tones that are the hallmark of The Fibre Co.

The Fibre Co.’s first brushed yarn is processed in a mill in Southern Peru, home of the alpaca. Cirro is a sport weight yarn that combines the long lustrous Suri alpaca fibre with Merino wool.

Cumbria is a classic worsted weight yarn in saturated colours inspired by the Lake District of the north west of England where Cumbria is located.

Carrying on with the success of the original worsted weight of Cumbria, we developed this fingering weight version with the same nod to the mood, light and places that characterise the North West of the United Kingdom.

A classic DK weight yarn, Luma is inspired by the mood and light found in mid-latitude savannas—those grassland ecosystems with open canopies allowing plenty of sunlight.
