At Art of Yarn, we gladly accept returns of yarn for store credit, provided the yarn is unused, in its original condition, and received by Art of Yarn within 30 days of the purchase date.
To ensure a smooth return process, returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your yarn so we can approve the return before it is sent back. You can reach us by phone at (250) 717-3247 or by email at [email protected].
Please note that all discounted yarn sales are final. Needles, notions, books, and patterns are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit will be issued once the returned yarn has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and Art of Yarn cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
