Using beautiful yarns to create interesting designs on sweaters, hats, mitts .. is still a perennial favourite and super trendy now Come join this group to learn the techniques of stranded knitting. The Banff hat is a Canadian classic , perfect for kids to adults. In this class you will learn how to work with two yarns in a round, carry floats and how to adjust your tension. Carrying colours using both hands will be covered in class! Yarn and needle choices will be discussed in the first class . Time allowing students will be able to knit the matching mitts . Great for gifts and cooler weather wear.
