These are calculated at the time of purchase and added in the total purchase price. Goods are shipped by Canada Post and should arrive between 7 and 10 days. Any special shipping requests must be made in the comments field and an additional charge may apply.

Shipping Outside North America: Shipping will be added and charged at the time of shipping. Our usual method is post by air. In the event that the cost of air is deemed excessive we will contact you by email to confirm shipping arrangements. To offset your shipping costs we will cover $10.00 of the costs for any shipments exceeding $125.00. The following conditions apply.
Conditions: Free shipping applies to any yarn, needles, books and small accessories that the total before tax is more than $99.99 ($149.99 to the U.S.A.). Shipping of hard goods such as spinning and weaving equipment will be shipped at cost. We will email you with the exact cost before shipping. For any very remote areas or extremely bulky items we reserve the right to ask for you to participate in excessive shipping costs. In the event that the shipping charge on your purchase exceeds the actual cost we will credit you for the overcharge.
If goods are not available at the time of your order then we will contact you by email and offer you the choice to cancel with refund, substitute or wait for goods to arrive.
